I think I have finally rested up!!! It has been nice “fall” weather here in Buenos Aires, reminding me of east coast fall, with the leaves changing, sometimes sun and sometimes rain or clouds… it’s nice! We have 11 days left here in Buenos Aires. This last week we have been running errands – checking out the shoe factory, revisit Flabella, getting tickets for shows! and enjoying wandering around and watching movies lazily! We visited the shoe factory PH and will be bringing back some lovely men’s shoes! I am having some shoes made there. We have been trying to find some other womans’ shoes that we want to stand behind to sell in the US. Why is this so challenging? Ladies wanting a shoe that is “sexy” but totally not meant for dancing for long hours. Maybe because besides your clothes we look at the feet of others when they are dancing… as a means of self-expression… but some of the shoes are not looking so interesting and unique anymore but more like everyone has a pair…. boring! So I am working on ideas maybe I will finally create a line of shoe…. I got tickets to see Manon at the Teatro Colon. The new refurbished Teatro Colon. I am so excited. I will have to write about that and maybe I will be able to take pictures. That will be next Saturday. I also have tickets to see Fuerza Bruta – www.youtube.com/watch – this will be on Thursday at the Centro Cultural Recoleta. I am looking forward to all of these immensely as well as whatever surprises the city brings!
