Online Movement Breaks Continue

Reaching to the sky – Breathing into the spaces within – Online Movement Breaks

Online Movement Breaks #3 – #5 will be happening next week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. March 23, 25, 27 at 12:00pm Buenos Aires Time (GMT -3). Please check timeanddate.com for your local time or just ask google.
These Movement Breaks will continue to be via ZOOM – an easy free app. All you need is the Meeting ID code (and then just go to the Join a Meeting tab).
These Movement Breaks are 35 minutes long. This is just enough time to focus on a topic but not too long to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I’m calling them Breaks!

Next Week’s Topics

Monday March 23 – On the Floor
Wednesday March 25 – Tabletop Position
Friday March 27 – Standing! Vertical Wake Up

Each day has its own Meeting ID so if you are interested in attending please send me a message.

Or check Facebook.

Each of these classes are designed to help you to feel grounded, relaxed, and even invigorated. Ready for your tasks at hand or just more SPACE to handle your current circumstances! The class is meant to be low maintenance but please bring some props if you have some. Ie: yoga mat or towel, pillows, block, strap. The movement is all about opening. Opening joints, creating more space in the body. It is a time to focus on you and get you out of your head for 30 minutes!

I look forward to seeing you next week! In the meantime, the sun is out here in BA but we are in mandatory quarantine. Quarantina Argentina! We can go out for essentials, so needless to say my refrigerator is pretty well stocked!!!!

If you are enjoying the classes please consider contributing. As many of you know, teaching dance: tango, movement, alignment is what I do and have done for more than 20 years.
Any monetary contributions are welcome and can be made to Venmo or to PayPal.
