“Move your Pain: Align, Move and Feel Better” Workshops in October. It is my theory that most of us have a little discomfort in our bodies if not that we are completely in pain. Common body parts that are brought to my attention for having a little bit of discomfort to full on pain are: back – lower, middle, and upper; feet; neck; knee; upper chest; headaches… are there any body parts or areas we left out?

II. Presentation – About this topic / body area – pictures!
III. Movement – Exercises and alignment protocols – toolbox
