Move your Pain workshops

Move your Pain: Align, Move and Feel Better” Workshops in October. It is my theory that most of us have a little discomfort in our bodies if not that we are completely in pain. Common body parts that are brought to my attention for having a little bit of discomfort to full on pain are: back – lower, middle, and upper; feet; neck; knee; upper chest; headaches… are there any body parts or areas we left out?
Either way, if you are in pain or if you have a little pain on your radar, these workshops are for you.*

*There are no guarantees that this workshop will relieve you completely of pain. I am not a Dr. I am a movement specialist who has seen relief come from gentle movement with attention, time and focus. I always advise that participants take care of themselves, being aware of their boundaries and their individual needs.
